DRIZZLY FALL DAY oil on board, 8x10


11/11/08 I drove to Tyler yesterday and this is an example of some of the scenery along the road. It drizzled, then stormed, then drizzled all day. The mist and fog were beautiful on the gently rolling hills along highway 69 as we drove to and from Tyler.

This is beautiful. I am newly starting to paint outdoors and I am not half good as this.

Thank you so much! Plein air painting is a wonderful experience (usually). A camera just doesn't show the true colors that are in nature.
